Job Title: Strategic Financial Planner

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:

As a strategic financial planner, you will be responsible for driving financial visibility, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making across the business. You will lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive financial models to support business growth and profitability.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify variances vs. budget/forecast, and present actionable insights to senior management.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in finance, with a minimum of 12 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis. You should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Oracle, etc.).
