Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage tax audits, ensure statutory compliance, and oversee financial reporting in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).

  • Manage Tax Audits and ensure Statutory Compliance by conducting thorough reviews of financial statements, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations, CARO, and Schedule III requirements by staying up-to-date on regulatory changes and ensuring that all financial reports and statements comply with these standards.
  • Oversee Financial Reporting by managing the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Drive and monitor Internal Audit processes by working closely with internal audit teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and presentation skills, expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and management information systems (MIS), advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, a strategic mindset with strong attention to detail, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.

The selected candidate will be responsible for utilizing SAP for all financial operations and reporting, performing financial analysis and reporting using Advanced Excel, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance in all financial statements, liaising with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies, preparing and managing accurate and timely Management Information System (MIS) reports, driving Budgeting, Forecasting, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes, leading periodic Financial Planning and performance reviews, providing variance analysis – actual vs. budget/forecast, conducting detailed financial analysis to support strategic decisions, building and maintaining financial models and dashboards using Advanced Excel, collaborating cross-functionally to gather inputs for planning and forecasting, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timeliness in financial reporting, and tracking key business KPIs and suggesting improvements for financial efficiency.
