Job Role: Senior Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, encompassing Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts.
  • Maintenance of Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and ISD working and filing.
  • Administration of TDS workings and return filings.
  • Support for internal, external, and tax audits, and preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Execution of month-end activities, comprising updating Fixed Asset Register, depreciation computation, prepaid expense reconciliation, etc.
  • Involvement in Accounts Payable accounting in specific areas.
  • Review of General Ledger to ensure accuracy of books of accounts.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in accounting and financial operations.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation.
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Proficient in Tally Prime and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
