Financial Insights Lead

About the Role:

This is a vital position in delivering comprehensive financial insights to support business decisions and performance tracking.

  • Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Preparing, analyzing, and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS financial reports, including P&L, cost analysis, and division-wise performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial and operational data from multiple business units.
  • Developing dashboards and reports for management, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Performing variance analysis, highlighting deviations, and proposing corrective actions to management.
  • Leading budget planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring activities.
  • Tracking key business metrics, KPIs, and identifying trends for operational and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensuring data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting through regular reconciliations and audits.
  • Supporting financial planning and analysis activities, preparing board presentations, and contributing to risk review meetings.
  • Implementing and improving MIS processes using advanced Excel and relevant financial tools.
  • Staying up-to-date with technology, regulatory changes, and best practices in data reporting.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in MIS reporting, financial analysis, or related roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver timely, accurate insights to senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
