As a Professional Space Planner and Interior Design Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in transforming spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to gather information about their design requirements and preferences, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of expectations.
  • Create space planning designs that maximize functionality and efficiency, incorporating expertise in spatial analysis and creative problem-solving.
  • Develop architectural and construction drawings that accurately reflect the client's vision, leveraging your skills in technical drawing and visualization.
  • Coordinate FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection and procurement to ensure timely project execution and exceed client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with contractors and vendors to ensure design integrity and project completion within timelines and budgets, utilizing effective conflict resolution and negotiation techniques.
Requirements
  • Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design principles, with proficiency in relevant software and tools.
  • Proven experience in Architecture and creation of Construction Drawings, demonstrating attention to detail and adherence to industry standards.
  • Knowledge of FF&E coordination and procurement processes, ensuring efficient project management and minimal delays.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high-quality results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field, with certification or licensure in interior design being highly desirable.
