Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive the interior design process from concept to execution, translating client needs into compelling, functional spaces.
  • Develop comprehensive design schemes, including expert space planning, mood boards, material selection, and FF&E specifications.
  • Create detailed 2D construction drawings, stunning 3D models, and photorealistic renderings to present your vision to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, vendors, and project managers to ensure perfect integration of design and technical requirements.
  • Act as the primary design contact for clients, confidently presenting ideas, gathering feedback, and ensuring their objectives are met with excellence.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of professional interior design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse and complex projects.
  • Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software (like SketchUp, 3ds Max), and rendering engines (like V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion).
  • Exceptional skills in space planning, deep understanding of building codes, and strong knowledge of materials and industry trends.
  • Natural communication skills to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
