Transformation Expert

Our organisation seeks a highly skilled Transformation Professional to join its Transition Centre of Excellence (CoE). The CoE is a global team responsible for the full lifecycle of a customer journey from initial engagement to successful delivery.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry with a minimum of 1 year of transformation experience
  • Educational qualifications – MBA or equivalent
  • Proven expertise in Scrum/Agile/PMP/ITIL/Six Sigma methodologies

Key Responsibilities:

A. Transformation Solution:

  • Collaborate with Transformation Managers to design and implement customised transformation solutions
  • Ensure adherence to our organisational framework, tools and accelerators
  • Provide input on transition budgets based on our cost and effort models
  • Participate in internal reviews to finalise transformation solutions
  • Support the creation of transformation-related content and presentations for client engagements
  • Contribute to due-diligence exercises

B. Transformation Execution:

  • Support Transformation Managers in the execution of transformation programs
  • Adhere to our standard CoE methodology, deliverables and approach
  • Monitor progress against transformation plans and schedules
  • Take minutes for transformation cadence meetings
  • Identify, monitor and manage risks and issues via an updated Transformation Risk Register
  • Ensure critical milestones and deliverables are completed on time
  • Monitor and report against transformation resource ramp-up plans
  • Work with cross-functional teams for successful program execution
  • Support issue tracking with delivery teams and stakeholders
  • Contribute to transformation closure activities

C. Transformation Initiatives:

  • Participate in initiatives to enhance our transformation framework and accelerators
  • Support preparation of content for analyst meets and other initiatives
