Transformation Leadership Position

This role involves leading a team of consultants in driving transformation initiatives across multiple verticals. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing roadmaps for clients in customer service and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily execution of cross-functional transformation projects, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including executive management, business owners, and process leads.
  • Collaborate with consultants to analyze business cases, assessing feasibility and impact across service lines.
  • Identify new technologies relevant to service lines with potential for scalability.
  • Prioritize strategic and functional project goals focused on cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and metric improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field, with 10+ years of change management or transformation experience.
  • 5+ years of program management experience in a matrix environment.
  • Exposure to driving complex improvement/transformation projects across multiple accounts/domains.
  • Expertise in transformation/process re-engineering, including RPA, IVR, Cognitive, Bots, Messaging, Analytics, Lean/Six Sigma.
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled conversation bots (Chat Bots, Email Bots, Social Bots, Knowledge Bots, etc.).
  • Contact center/BPO industry experience (Voice).
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills within organizational levels.
  • Excellent internal client-facing skills with strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management abilities.

Flexibility to work in shifts is required.
