Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

Support the Agile delivery of projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

This role focuses on driving project success through effective coordination, communication, and collaboration.

  • Coordinate Agile software development projects to ensure timely delivery of sprint goals and project milestones.
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to align on project objectives and requirements.
  • Maintain and distribute Agile project documentation to support informed decision-making.
  • Track sprint progress, impediments, and dependencies to maintain project velocity and delivery timelines.
  • Organize and coordinate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Support release planning and deployment activities in collaboration with DevOps and QA teams.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in project coordination or management, with at least 3 years in Agile software development environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting Scrum or Kanban teams.
  • Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail in maintaining project artifacts.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various levels, different vendors, and geographies effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or similar Agile certification.
  • Experience working in software development or IT services industries.
