  • Strategize resource allocation, talent acquisition, and subcontracting activities to optimize project delivery.">
  • Identify training needs and implement structured programs to enhance team capabilities.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a consultant, driving improvements across departments.">
  • Monitor project risks and opportunities, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.">
  • Oversee system performance validation through thorough testing and ensure smooth customer handovers.">
  • Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.">
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to departmental KPIs.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • ">
  • Proven leadership experience managing 15+ engineers.">
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced global environments.">
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities with a focus on delivering results within time and budget constraints.">
  • A proactive, innovative mindset with a drive for improvement.">
  • Hands-on experience in designing and executing integrated control systems.">
  • Ability to align control designs with mechanical, electrical, and software project objectives.">
  • Skilled in preparing and executing detailed project plans and schedules.">
  • Prior experience in commissioning and customer delivery phases.">
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering (or related field).">
  • 10–12 years of experience in PLC programming (Siemens required; Allen Bradley preferred).">
  • Prior experience in Airport Baggage Handling Systems or Parcel Handling Solutions highly desirable.">
