Senior Finance Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Leader to partner with our Directors and lead financial planning and budgeting across group businesses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial strategy, overseeing financial performance, managing working capital, and leading cost analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of financial management systems, MIS reporting, and creation of business operational models, along with excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders.

As a strategic role with end-to-end ownership in finance, you will have the opportunity to make your mark and contribute to our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies
  • Oversee financial performance and manage working capital
  • Lead cost analysis and optimization initiatives
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including bankers and institutions

Requirements:

  • Strong financial management skills
  • Experience with financial planning and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong command of Google Sheets and MIS reporting
  • Able to analyze complex data and create actionable insights
