Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Manager to oversee the day-to-day finance operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial operations and guarantee the integrity and accuracy of financial records
  • Develop monthly MIS reports and provide timely insights to senior leadership
  • Maintain bookkeeping and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
  • Manage a small finance team and ensure deliverables meet high standards

  • Track and report key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and align processes with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes
  • Ensure compliance with Indian statutory requirements and support UK compliance initiatives
  • Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
