Job Title: Financial Manager

We are seeking a skilled finance professional to manage the general ledger consolidation and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management information system reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely month-end and year-end financial reporting activities
  • Consolidate financial data from multiple business units/entities in compliance with accounting standards
  • Perform intercompany reconciliations and eliminate intercompany transactions
  • Manage chart of accounts consistency across entities
  • Support statutory audit, internal audit, and compliance processes with relevant financial data
  • Prepare MIS reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
  • Analyze variances between budgeted and actual financial results and provide commentary
  • Provide financial insights and dashboards for business reviews and decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance with minimum 4-5 years' experience in accounts & finance
  • Experience in MIS reporting and financial analysis
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards such as IFRS or US GAAP
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
