Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a seasoned finance executive to lead our company's financial strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans aligned with business objectives, ensuring optimal financial performance and stability.
  2. Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles to inform strategic business decisions.
  3. Provide insightful recommendations to the leadership team to drive informed decision-making.
Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Design and implement financial strategies that support business goals, maximizing profitability and minimizing risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of financial strategies.
Accounting Operations:
  • Direct end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, compliant with international standards.
Audit & Compliance:
  • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits to ensure timely closure and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to minimize risks and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Professional accounting designation as a CA
  • 10+ years' experience at a senior level financial managerial position in a similar industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and planner
