Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer is a pivotal role within the executive team, overseeing the financial well-being and strategic planning of the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive financial strategies to support long-term business objectives and advising on business and financial planning.
  • Overseeing the preparation and approval of all financial reporting metrics, monitoring and directing the implementation of strategic business plans.
  • Preparing and presenting financial statements and reports, conducting financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable regulations, reporting financial results to relevant stakeholders.
  • Managing relationships with investors and investment institutions, representing the company with bankers and investors, raising additional capital as necessary.
  • Leading, developing, and mentoring the finance team, managing the accounting and finance departments to ensure financial stability.

Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies, including financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting. Conduct thorough financial analysis, identifying key areas for improvement and recommending cost-saving initiatives.

Leadership and Development: Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial planning and analysis, leadership, and development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
