  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Export Documentation: Oversee the preparation and submission of export documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Sales and Business Development: Drive sales growth through proactive business development and customer relationship management.
  • Customer Service: Monitor sales transactions, review customer response, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Logistics and Shipping: Manage sales shipments of export products, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth process execution.
  • Team Management: Lead a team involved in export documentation, shipping, logistics, and regulatory affairs.
  • Distributor Network: Improve the distributor network, add new markets, and launch new products.
