Global Travel Retail presents an exciting opportunity to drive best-in-class brand activations for a leading premium drinks company.
As a Customer Planning & Activation Manager, you will play a key role in delivering engaging consumer experiences and maximising commercial impact.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer marketing, trade marketing, or activation within FMCG, preferably in travel retail.
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders, is essential for success in this position.
The successful candidate will be organised, proactive, and results-driven, with excellent project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop annual customer marketing & activation plans that drive engagement and brand visibility.
- Build strong partnerships with airport retail and operational stakeholders.
- Lead customer engagement through immersions, trade shows, and activations.
- Collaborate with agencies to deliver launches and global customer activity.
- Oversee and optimise promoter/brand ambassador performance.
- Audit retail outlets to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and customer agreements.
- Identify opportunities for additional promotions and visibility within outlets.
