Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

Our photography editing services company, Befocussbiz Pvt Ltd, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our customer base and generate new business from overseas clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a commercial growth strategy to meet sales targets and expand the company's presence in the global market.

Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.

Build and maintain partnerships with overseas companies to promote the company's photography editing services.

Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Work with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of services and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field or any graduate.

Experience in business development and sales, preferably in the photography editing services industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships with customers and partners.

Strong negotiation and closing skills with an ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Experience in working with clients from overseas and familiar with different time zones.

Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.

Willingness to work in shifts as per different time zones.
