Commercial Partnerships Manager

About the Role:
We're seeking an exceptional Commercial Partnerships Manager to join our team at Open Financial Technologies Private Limited. As a key member of our Commercial Partnerships team, you will be responsible for negotiating deals with banks and NBFCs, planning and executing strategic alliances, and finalizing deals with banking/ FI partners to align with product offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiating Deals: Secure agreements with banks and NBFCs.
- Alliance Strategies: Plan and help execute strategic alliances.
- Debt Management: Negotiate and manage debt agreements, including loans and credit facilities.
- Finalizing Deals: Work towards finalizing deals with banking/ FI partners to align with product offerings.
- Commercial Negotiations: Ideate, integrate, and work closely on all commercial negotiations.
- Commercial Agent: Mediate terms and conditions, ensuring legal compliance and achieving favorable outcomes.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on startups and fintech.
- Strong negotiation and persuasiveness skills.
- Proficiency in securing and finalizing contracts.
