Job Description:

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships, generating leads, and driving business growth through effective communication and customer engagement strategies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages.

They will be able to handle outbound and inbound tele-calling to generate leads and build relationships with clients.

Additionally, they will maintain a database of customer information and track interactions for follow-ups.

Key responsibilities include explaining company products and services clearly to prospective customers, converting leads into opportunities through effective communication and persuasion skills, and providing excellent after-sales support to strengthen client retention.

Requirements:
  • MBA (Marketing/Finance) or Graduate with minimum 3 years of tele-calling / customer relationship experience.
  • Strong listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under targets.
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting.
  • Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
