Service Canon Printers Specialist

Seeking an experienced professional to install, configure and service Canon printers, multifunction devices and related equipment at client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform technical installations, configuration and servicing of Canon printing solutions.
- Carry out routine maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to minimize downtime.
- Identify and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs and parts used.
- Provide technical support and training to customers for efficient printer usage.
- Coordinate with the service team and escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or Canon support.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer satisfaction goals.
- Manage spare parts inventory and recommend replacements as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Canon printer and multifunction device servicing.
- Strong knowledge of printer hardware, drivers, networking and connectivity solutions.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance schedules and service reporting.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel within the designated area for service calls.
