  • You will provide functional design and configuration support for the Workforce Compensation module, including compensation plans, budgets, and statements to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • You will design and implement grade-step progression ladders and manage base compensation structures to promote fair and equitable pay practices.
  • You will support the functional configuration and processes for the Goal and Performance Management module to drive employee engagement and performance.
