Job Opportunity: Oracle HCM Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits Consultant to join our team and support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Benefits module.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between HR business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring seamless delivery of benefits processes and integrations in addition to having intermediary skills for other HCM modules (Core HR, Goal & Performance, Compensation).

The selected resource will be working closely with the SME to ensure that all requirements and designs are aligned with industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles to meet organizational needs.
  • Support Open Enrollment and Life Event processing to ensure accurate data flow.
  • Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL data loads to enhance system performance.
  • Build and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage Oracle SRs and coordinate with Oracle support for issue resolution.
  • Conduct functional and regression testing during upgrades and deployments to ensure quality.
  • Document configurations, processes, and change requests to facilitate knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3 in Benefits.
  • In-depth understanding of Benefits setup, eligibility rules, and enrollment flows.
  • Proficiency in building/modifying Extracts, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and Fast Formulas.
  • Experience with HCM Extracts and third-party integrations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or Agile practices.
