Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM

Are you an experienced professional looking for a new challenge in Oracle Fusion HCM? We are seeking a skilled Technical/Functional or Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team.

  • Technical expertise is required in Oracle HCM Cloud tools, including HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and knowledge of process flow, set-up knowledge, and common solutions to modules known in HCM.
  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion & exposure to EBS.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
  • Develop and maintain complex technical configurations and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement business process improvements.
  • Design and deliver training programs for end-users and functional consultants.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Up to 18 years' experience in the field.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
