Oracle Fusion Expert

We are seeking an accomplished expert in Oracle Fusion to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure seamless implementation of Oracle Time and Labor functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable functional and technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and implement customized OTL fast formulas to meet specific client needs.
- Complete thorough Functional User Testing and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities to guarantee a successful project outcome.
- Provide ongoing production support and enhancements to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Absence Management, and project teams, to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
