Job Overview

This is a senior-level role for an Oracle Fusion Financials Lead. In this capacity, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and support of key financial modules.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, specifically in General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Cash Management, Sub-ledger Accounting, and Fixed Assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM and FA modules.
  • Work directly with clients to gather business requirements, drive solutioning sessions, and provide recommendations for business process improvements.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementation experience as a functional resource.
  • 4+ years of experience implementing combinations of Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), and Fixed Assets (FA).
  • Demonstrated expertise in defining systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots, functional configuration, testing, and user training.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
