Oracle HCM Technical Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Technical Specialist to join our team. This role will involve leading or participating in Oracle Fusion HCM technical implementations, including OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service), OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), BIP (BI Publisher), and Extracts.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Fast Formulas, with the ability to develop, test, and maintain them to meet client-specific requirements. They will also design and implement custom integrations, extensions, and reports to enhance system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Implementation: Lead or participate in Oracle Fusion HCM technical implementations.
  • Fast Formulas: Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas.
  • Custom Solutions: Design and implement custom integrations, extensions, and reports.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM technical modules.
  • Implementation Expertise: Completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
