Job Title:

Oracle HCM EBS Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to implement, configure and provide functional support for Oracle EBS HCM modules.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of functional experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 HCM modules, with strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll.

A collaborative team player is required to work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and provide functional support for Oracle EBS HCM modules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.
  • Prepare functional design documents and coordinate with technical teams for customizations.
  • Assist in testing, user training, and data migration activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring smooth delivery of project milestones.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of functional experience in Oracle EBS HCM (On-Premise) R12.
  • Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll.
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM.
  • Experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams for custom development.
