Oracle HCM Cloud Technical SpecialistWe are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in designing, developing, and supporting HCM Extracts, Reporting, and Integrations. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud tools and hands-on experience in building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions to support HR processes in global organizations.Key Responsibilities:
  • HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher Reports, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
  • Configure and manage reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and other HCM modules.
  • Build and customize data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet reporting needs.
  • Support end-to-end HR functional flows (Hire → Retire) including ORC to Core HR transitions.
  • Develop and manage HDL-based data loads with inbound/outbound integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HCM tools for business continuity.
Required Skills:
  • BI Publisher (BIP): Custom reports, complex data models, bursting, and layouts.
  • OTBI (Oracle Transactional BI): Real-time dashboards & analytics.
  • HCM Extracts: Data exchange and HR/recruiting monitoring.
  • Fast Formulas: Build, debug, and maintain HR formulas.
