Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud HCM Technical SME to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess broad knowledge and deep domain expertise within the Oracle HCM Suite (Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, OTL). They will be an individual contributor with the ability to interact with a global support team of functional leaders, business partners, and technical experts on day-to-day production support, enhancements, quarterly patch release testing, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Production support project experience – understanding AMS Ticketing process (Issue Management/Problem Management/Bug-fixing/Change Management), deployment process, Upgrades testing etc.
  • Interact with offshore and onshore client engagements involving implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • At least 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with minimum 4+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle HCM functional (Any two modules - Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, OTL)
  • Cloud Technical expertise with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management in two or more of the following modules: Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
  • Resolve production tickets, patch testing, Change requests. Analyze and document Oracle environment requirements, including engagement with Oracle customer, CSI partner, and developer base. Collaborate with Client's Oracle Team for overlap.
  • Work collaboratively on configurations, bug-fixes, quarterly patch testing and quality assurance prior to change deployment of the Oracle environment.
  • Manage System Admin and Security Environment of the Oracle instance; super-permissions, patch management, POD (instance) management and provisioning, system configuration, and risk management.
  • Perform Unit test all high level functionality, staging test scenarios and Unit test all technical objects prior to delivery to client by documenting test results.
  • Develop runbooks for all technical objects and analyze/resolve technical queries during ticket resolution, providing functional guidance to technical team.

Essential Skills:

For HCM Tech Leads- At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a Technical lead and minimum one production support project experience. Candidate should have strong end to end experience in at least a couple of HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting (Fusion), Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, Goals, Absence Management, Succession Planning, HR Helpdesk, Talent Review, Onboarding (Fusion), Learning (Fusion)

Candidate must possess strong work ethics, trustworthiness and self-confidence. Ability to work accurately with good attention to detail, maintaining confidentiality and integrity. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Willingness to work under pressure to achieve multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables.
