Job Description

We are a fast-growing business process outsourcing company that provides top-notch customer service to our clients. As a customer-facing agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and providing exceptional support to our clients' customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing solutions to customer problems and concerns
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
