Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled executive to join our team in Goa, India. As a key member of our contracts management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all pre and post-contract activities related to residential luxury villa projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contract drafting, review, and management to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Leadership of project management initiatives to deliver projects within scope and budget constraints.
  • Development and maintenance of vendor relationships through evaluation, onboarding, and negotiation of terms and conditions.
  • Conducting rate analysis and negotiations with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
  • Financial management, including budgeting, cost analysis, and reporting to align with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil).
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development in the real estate sector.
