Job Title: IT Project Manager

Overview of the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to manage our IT projects. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and coordinate various IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Objectives of the Job:


• Maintain project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.


• Organize stakeholder meetings and ensure all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the project lifecycle.


• Document key actions and decisions from meetings and provide updates as necessary.


• Prepare presentation materials for meetings and presentations.


• Ensure project deadlines are met and communicate effectively with stakeholders about project progress.


• Identify potential project changes and implement necessary adjustments.


• Provide administrative support as needed.


• Manage project tasks and develop strategies to achieve project goals.


• Ensure adherence to established frameworks and document management procedures.


• Assess project risks and issues, and develop solutions to address them.


• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


• Proven experience in IT project management, including knowledge of IT infrastructure and security.


• Proficiency in project management tools.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
