Project Management Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement strategic plans, manage project schedules, and track key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
  • Manage project schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure seamless collaboration and communication
  • Track progress against set targets, monitor key metrics (DPR, WPR, and MPR), and identify areas for improvement
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with various project teams, ensuring smooth project delivery
  • Prepare and manage tenders, estimate costs, and negotiate contracts
  • Administer contracts, monitor compliance, and resolve disputes as necessary
  • Analyze cash flow, forecast financials, and develop S-curves to optimize project outcomes
  • Allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Source and procure materials, equipment, and services required for project completion
  • Develop and manage project budgets, estimate costs, and prepare financial reports
  • Design and implement management information systems to support project decision-making
  • Define and structure project charters, outlining key objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Utilize MS Project and Primavera P6 to plan, execute, and control projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, leveraging knowledge of project monitoring, controlling, SAP, ERP, and FIDIC principles
