Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Management Specialist to lead internal teams and third-party contractors or consultants in delivering projects that align with our strategic goals.

This role involves managing expectations, maintaining responsibility for all project deliverables, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and the internal team. Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing comprehensive project plans and associated documents
  • Estimating resources and participants needed
  • Overseeing the project lifecycle using defined methodologies

The ideal candidate will have direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution on the SFCC platform. They will also have strong familiarity with project management and release management software, such as Microsoft Project ServiceNOW, JIRA or similar tools.

To be successful in this role, you must have solid working knowledge of current IT technologies across a broad range of solutions with a focus on release management processes and methodologies. You will be responsible for developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to ensure clear and consistent communication channels.

You will define project success criteria, conduct project post-mortems, and create recommendation reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Additionally, you will utilize tools such as Confluence for documentation, ensure all project meetings are documented, and collaborate with QA to plan and execute project demos.

Beyond your technical skills, you must possess strong written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal and operational skill sets to facilitate collaboration across teams. You will effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment managing both project and release schedules.
