Explore an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Tower Control Specialist, Supply Chain Manager, and After Sales Claim Administrator.

This role involves handling cases and requests from stores and customer care centers through emails, maintaining quality and turnaround time while meeting throughput. You will be responsible for processing manual payouts, understanding sold-to and ship-to parties, and creating sales orders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Idea on Inventory and inventory follow-up with stakeholders
  • Dealing with hub/store, processing of inventory, and good understanding on stock movement
  • Dealing with supplier reports, expertise in checking and dealing orders with suppliers, rescheduling production dates/ETAs, and fixing all exceptions of POs and matching invoices with fixed POs
  • Daily handling of queries reported from CCC (Customer Care Center) and stakeholders within the Nordics
  • Coordinate product flow within all parties involved (transporters, customer service, stores, hubs, and warehouses) to meet team goals and KPIs
  • Managing warehouse inventories and returns to stores
  • Daily communication via email with all parties involved
  • Ensure that requirements from business partners are fulfilled on time and in requested quality
  • Find, investigate, and fix all exceptions arising from the systems

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of inbound and outbound supply chain activities
  • Sales order fulfillment experience preferred
  • Coordination with different departments/units (inbound and outbound side)
  • Basic understanding of inventory management
  • SAP knowledge preferred
