Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Operations Professional

Tower Control and Logistics Management:
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to handle cases and requests from stores and customer care centers through emails, ensuring quality and timely delivery while meeting throughput requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of inventory management, including following up with stakeholders and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Daily communication with transporters, customer service, stores, hubs, and warehouses is essential to meet team goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Supply Chain - CT & EPOQ Track:
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse inventories and returns to stores, ensuring that all exceptions arising from systems are investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
  • They will also coordinate product flow within all parties involved to meet team goals and KPIs.
After Sales Claim Administration:
  • A strong understanding of claim processing, creating claims/tickets, and dealing with suppliers is necessary for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to investigate and resolve credit note issues, book credit notes, and create manual request for credits (RFC) matching RFC to credit.
  • They should also be familiar with debit notes and refund processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in SAP and English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
  • The ability to work within a deadline-focused environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial.
