Warehouse Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the retail operation and warehouse management for our e-commerce brand. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing youth-focused lifestyle brand that's expanding its online presence and offline retail space.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage retail and last mile delivery functions for any e-commerce brand or platform.
  • Ensure strong adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Cordinate between stores team and warehouse team for smooth operations.
  • Negotiate and handle day-to-day operations with 3rd party operators for logistics and last mile delivery.
  • Generate and manage invoices and E-waybills.
  • Analyze store inward, outward, and identify root causes of issues.
  • Inspect goods for damages and discrepancies and report any issues.
  • Close inventory movements between stores and warehouses.
  • Take follow-ups with stores, logistics, and other teams.
  • Prepare and circulate MIS reports to respective departments.
  • Lead a core team of warehouse operations retail professionals.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews using operational metrics and reports.

The ideal candidate should have experience handling at least 80 stores' warehouse day-to-day operations and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Requirements:
  1. Experience in handling warehouse operations for a similar scale.
  2. Strong people management skills with cross-functional team communication.
  3. Decision-making skills with minimal supervision.
  4. Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems like Vinculum is an added advantage.
  5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
