Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Control Tower/Claim Admin. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling cases and requests from various stakeholders through emails, ensuring quality and timeliness while meeting throughput goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handling queries reported from customer care centers and other stakeholders within the Nordics
  • Coordinating product flow between all parties involved to meet team objectives and key performance indicators
  • Managing warehouse inventories and returns to stores
  • Daily communication via email with all parties involved
  • Ensuring requirements from business partners are fulfilled on time and in requested quality
  • Investigating and resolving exceptions arising from systems

Additional Duties:

  • Dealing with supplier reports, purchase order creation, and matching invoices with fixed POs
  • Processing manual payouts and understanding sold-to and ship-to party details
  • Creating sales orders, managing inventory, and coordinating with different departments/units

Requirements:

  • Fundamental knowledge of inbound and outbound supply chain activities
  • Sales order fulfillment experience preferred
  • Coordination with various departments/units, including inbound and outbound sides
  • Fundamental understanding of inventory management
  • SAP knowledge preferred

After Sales Claim Administration:

  1. Good understanding of claim processing, creating claims/tickets, and dealing with suppliers
  2. Experience with credit note handling, investigation, and follow-up
  3. Knowledge of debit notes, damaged products, and refund processes
  4. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel
