The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building new clientele, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate recruitment business from provided leads.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized recruitment solutions.
  • Participate in discovery calls with potential inbound leads, particularly international clients, and present the company effectively.
  • Handle multiple leads efficiently and work with lead management tools.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver high-quality candidates to clients.
  • Manage and cater to generated leads.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Ideal Profile

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development, preferably in the recruitment industry.
  • Strong domestic and international sales experience, with a focus on the Middle East and South Africa markets.
  • Experience in dealing with international clients and people during discovery calls.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with lead management tools.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
