The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building new clientele, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate recruitment business from provided leads.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized recruitment solutions.
- Participate in discovery calls with potential inbound leads, particularly international clients, and present the company effectively.
- Handle multiple leads efficiently and work with lead management tools.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver high-quality candidates to clients.
- Manage and cater to generated leads.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Ideal Profile
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development, preferably in the recruitment industry.
- Strong domestic and international sales experience, with a focus on the Middle East and South Africa markets.
- Experience in dealing with international clients and people during discovery calls.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with lead management tools.
- Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
