Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished financial operations professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial statements, preparing accurate and timely reports, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage bank payments, AP invoice booking, and payroll for the Indian entity.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams internally for AP and taxes-related activities.
  • Participate in statutory audits, due diligences, and internal audits in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for monthly book closing, including BRS, invoice booking, accruals, capitalization, etc.
  • Manage the FAR (Fixed Asset Register) and reconcile it with the books of accounts.
  • Review vendor ledgers and aging on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare cash flow projections.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in financial operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
