Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Financial Executive to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading our financial strategy and planning, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

Financial Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking to ensure transparency and accountability.

Financial Operations & Risk Management:

  • Establish robust financial controls, governance policies, and compliance frameworks to mitigate risk.
  • Lead financial reporting, audits, and month-end closures to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee treasury management, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, fund allocation, and risk management to optimize financial resources.

Investor & Stakeholder Relations:

  • Provide regular financial insights to investors, board members, and key stakeholders to foster trust and confidence.
  • Prepare presentations and performance reports for investment discussions to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Lead financial and operational due diligence to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and investor expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in senior financial leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, investor relations, and ERP systems.
  • Proven experience in liaising with banks and financial institutions for securing funding.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams.
