Job Title:

Seeking a finance executive to play a key role in financial analytics, MIS and cash flow management.

About the Role:

This is a senior finance position that requires a high level of expertise in financial modeling, analysis and reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, monitoring and reporting on Management Information Systems (MIS) to provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare, monitor and report on MIS to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement financial models to assess business performance and opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity.
  • Oversee budget preparation and performance tracking to maintain financial health.
  • Recommend measures to improve cost-efficiency and financial sustainability.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance Manager on key strategic activities.
  • Prepare financial projections and pitch decks for investors and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks and investors.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal controls, regulations and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial analytics, MIS or corporate finance.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel-based modeling).
  • Strong knowledge of cash flow management, budgeting and financial forecasting.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Experience in fundraising processes and financial due diligence (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative attitude.
