About the Position

We seek a seasoned Senior SAP FI Professional with 7 years of experience to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute end-to-end SAP FI projects, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
  • Work on rollouts, support, and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with CO, MM, and SD modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure SAP FI modules and optimize their performance.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, providing production support as needed.
  • Conduct system testing, UAT, and user training to ensure successful implementation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement best practices.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to junior professionals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of SAP FI experience with at least 2–3 full life cycle implementations.
  • Strong expertise in FI sub-modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting.
  • Good knowledge of integration points between FI and other SAP modules (CO, MM, SD).
  • Experience with S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and IFRS/GAAP compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Exposure to SAP Fiori apps for Finance.
  • Knowledge of Treasury, Cash Management, and New Asset Accounting.
  • SAP FI Certification.

This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, client-facing skills, and leadership skills to guide functional design and configuration activities.
