Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Manager to oversee our company's financial activities. This key role entails analyzing daily financial operations, providing insightful recommendations to senior management on future fiscal plans, and leading strategic financial planning initiatives.

This position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning. You will analyze day-to-day financial activities with precision, identifying areas for improvement and developing actionable recommendations for upper management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting & Reporting: Develop comprehensive financial reports to inform business decisions.
  • Cost Control & Profitability: Analyze cost structures, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
  • Tax & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Accounting & Audits: Oversee financial audits, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.
  • Cost center management: Develop and manage cost centers to optimize resource allocation.
  • Govt. Grants management within finance scope: Manage government grants, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Lead financial meetings: Conduct regular financial meetings with stakeholders to discuss key performance indicators and strategic objectives.
  • Deliver reports and metrics to leadership: Provide timely and actionable financial insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field: A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in financial management.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite: Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other essential tools.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to drive informed decision-making.
