Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Operations Manager to lead our finance and advisory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed reports and financial models.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, management information system (MIS) reports, and dashboards.
  • Develop financial models and conduct ratio analysis to support strategic decision-making and fundraising activities.
  • Prepare detailed project reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and cash flow projections.
  • Manage direct tax, goods and services tax (GST), and tax deducted at source (TDS) compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Provide insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/Certified Management Accountant (CMA) - Inter, Master's in Commerce, Bachelor's in Commerce.
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously.
