- GST Filing: Prepare and file GST returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Accurate ITC Claims: Ensure accurate input tax credit claims and reconciliation with books.
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor GST notices and ensure timely responses.
- Assistance with GST Audits: Assist in GST audits and liaise with consultants or statutory auditors.
- Staying Abreast of GST Changes: Keep up-to-date with changes in GST laws and implement necessary changes in filing procedures.
- Financial Management: Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Internal Controls: Establish and maintain effective internal controls.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
- Transaction Processing: Process sales transactions and record related accounting activities.
- Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of customer accounts against sales, payments, and GST filings.
- Dispute Resolution: Coordinate with internal departments for dispute resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) / Master of Commerce (M.Com) / MBA
- 2–5 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in ERP Tally
- Knowledge of GST, Law
