  • Oversee maintenance needs and coordinate staff training in CPR/First Aid to ensure readiness for any emergency situation
  • Program & Event Planning:
  • Strategically plan, coordinate, and oversee engaging fitness programs, wellness challenges, workshops, and social events catering to diverse member interests and goals
  • Collaborate closely with instructors, personal trainers, and wellness professionals to design and implement innovative offerings enhancing the member experience
  • Monitor attendance and feedback to refine programming and ensure events remain fresh and impactful
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain documentation of all club activities for audit, continuity, and institutional reporting purposes
  • Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders, including the club president, coordinator of the property, managing committee, and management
