Job Title: Lead Trainer for PMP ITIL GAQM ISO 27001 Certifications

As a Lead Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training sessions to equip learners with industry-recognized certifications. Your expertise in Project Management Professional (PMP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Global Association for Quality Management (GAQM), and ISO 27001 standards will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization.

Job Description:\

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ernakulam. The Lead Trainer will be responsible for creating engaging training materials, conducting interactive sessions, evaluating trainee performance, and providing mentorship and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:\
  • \
  • Proficiency in PMP methodologies, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and control.\
  • Strong understanding of ITIL practices, including service management, service design, transition, operation, and continuous improvement.\
  • Experience with GAQM standards, including quality management principles, policies, and procedures.\
  • Knowledge in ISO 27001 Lead Auditing procedures and standards, including information security management systems.\
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.\
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners through creative training methods.\
  • Proven track record in training and curriculum development, with a focus on adult learning principles.\
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, management, or a technical discipline.\
  • Advanced certifications in PMP, ITIL, GAQM, or ISO 27001 are highly valued.\
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in relevant domains, with a strong background in training and development.\
