Transformation Leadership Role

As an Associate Director of Innovation, you will lead a team of consultants building and executing transformation roadmaps for clients in the customer service/technology domain.

About the Job:

This is a leadership position that requires managing cross-functional transformation initiatives and driving milestones to realization.

You will be responsible for providing communication to key stakeholders, including executive management, business owners, and business process leads.

  • Work closely with consultants to develop business cases analyzing feasibility and impact across multiple service lines.
  • Identify new technologies relevant to service lines with potential for scaling.
  • Deliver on strategic and functional goals of projects focused on cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and metric enhancement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field, along with 10+ years of change management or transformation experience. Additional requirements include 5+ years of Program Management experience in a matrix environment, exposure to driving complex improvement/transformation projects, and strong understanding of AI-enabled Conversation Bots.

Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework and Six Sigma Greenbelt or Black belt/PMP/OCM certification is preferred.
